Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  Exchanges Are Accepted For

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product.
  • Manufacturing defect.

  Exchanges Are Not Accepted For

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items.

  Refund Policy

  Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • Your prepaid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

  Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
